Mantua, 16 November 2007 – Omniaholding S.p.A. said that from 9-15 November 2007 it purchased 1,018,340 Immsi S.p.A. ordinary shares on the open market, representing 0.297% of the company stock, for a total value of € 1,627,165.26.
