Immsi - Sell ordinary Piaggio & C. stocks, representing 1.345% of the company’s share capital

Mantua, 2 November 2010 – Immsi S.p.A. today sold Banca IMI S.p.A. 5,000,000 ordinary Piaggio & C. S.p.A. stocks, representing 1.345% of the company’s share capital, for sale to institutional investors. Following the sale, Immsi S.p.A.’s share of Piaggio & C.
