DOCUMENTS AND “REPORT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND THE OWNERSHIPSTRUCTURE” FILED PURSUANT TO ART. 154-ter TUF ANDART. 77, PAR 2-bis ISSUERS REGULATION Mantua, 8 April 2011 - Immsi S.p.A. said that the documents envisaged by art.154-ter of the consolidated finance act (TUF), specifically the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at and for the year to 31 December 2010, the directors’ report on operations, which includes the “Report on corporate governance and the ownership structure”, as well as the declaration as per art. 154-bis, par 5, TUF, together with the reports of the board of statutory auditors and the independent auditors, were available as from today at the company registered office, on the institutional website www.immsi.it and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The company also said that the documents as per art. 77, par 2-bis, of the Issuers Regulation would be filed at the company registered office at least fifteen days before the date of the shareholders' meeting on first call. Shareholders may obtain copies of all the above documents. CANDIDACIES FOR COMPLETION OF THE CORPORATE BODIES The candidacies for completion of the Issuer’s corporate bodies are available at the company’s registered office, on the institutional website www.immsi.it and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. They were presented, on 4 April 2011, by the majority shareholder Omniainvest S.p.A., for the order of business of the shareholders' meeting called at the registered office in Piazza V. Pareto 3, Mantua, on 29 April 2011, at 11 a.m. on first call and at the Mantua Multicentre, Largo Pradella 1/B, Mantua, on 10 May 2011, at 11 a.m. on second call.
