Errata Corrige - 2016 Annual Report

Mantua, 10 May 2017 – Immsi hereby announces that in the 2016 Annual Report published on 7 April 2017, the table in Note O – Earnings per share (consolidated financial statements) has been updated in order to correct a number of typographical errors.  The 2016 Annual Report is available to the public at the company head office, in the “eMarket STORAGE” authorised storage mechanism at www.emarketstorage.com, and on the issuer’s website www.immsi.it (section “Governance/General Meeting/Archive/2017” and section “Investors/Financial Reports /2017”).
