Immsi - Purchased 592,500 Piaggio & C. S.p.A. ordinary shares on the open market

Mantua, 20 September 2007 – Immsi S.p.A. said that from 13-19 September 2007 it purchased 592,500 Piaggio & C. S.p.A. ordinary shares on the open market, representing 0.15% of the company stock, for a total value of € 1,723,581.
