Immsi - Purchased 250,000 Piaggio & C. S.p.A. ordinary shares on the open market

Mantua, 1 October 2007 – Immsi S.p.A. said that on 24 September 2007 it purchased 250,000 Piaggio & C. S.p.A. ordinary shares on the open market for a total value of € 697,575.
