Mantua, 27 August 2008 - With reference to the indiscretions published today concerning the possibility of IMMSI S.P.A. investing in Compagnia Aerea Italiana, the Chairman of the company Roberto Colaninno wishes to clarify that all necessary assessments and resolutions in this regard will be made by the Board of Directors of IMMSI S.P.A. in a meeting called for tomorrow, Thursday 28 August, in Mantua. During the meeting, Mr Colaninno will detail the main characteristics of the transaction - of fundamental importance for the future of the entire country – which will be purely industrial in nature and will form part of a new legislation safeguarding the rights of all interested parties.
