Mantua, 29 June 2021 – Immsi S.p.A. announces that the Transactions with Related Parties Procedure and the Procedure for the fulfilment of Internal Dealing obligations, as most recently amended, are available at the Company’s registered office, in Mantua, in the “eMarket STORAGE” authorised storage mechanism at www.emarketstorage.com and on the issuer’s website www.immsi.it (section “Governance/Procedures”).
